Ready.

I am so ready for the weekend. Bring it. And bring with it some speed. The focus of the weekend is a 10K run test. All bets are on! But wait. Let's do it on really tired legs and see how it goes. OK? How about some e21. Maybe the legs will show up to play? Here is to continual sunshine, 70 degrees and a few naps -
Enjoy your weekend too.

Oh yeah before I forget. What kind of saddle do you all ride? I am interested!!! I just spent some bling for an ISM Adamo and it is being sent back as fast as it came!

  1. Elizabeth Rich just recently wrote a blog post about some different saddles she has tried- she didn't like the adamo either. I can ride anything so I'm not much help.

Oh, and I think I'm gonna run a 10K tomorrow too. I swear though, I'd way rather do it on tired legs than the ones I've got now after this stupid rest week. My body does not take well to rest weeks. This morning was proof of that. I wonder if even e21 can help me tomorrow? I'll let you know. ;) Good luck with yours!!

  2. I am one of those people who likes the Adamo, it's been a real improvement for me. Hope you find something that works!

  4. I am testing the Cobb Flow saddle and I'm thinking it might be a keeper. Very different type of saddle but pretty comfortable. Have yet to do a long ride, but yesterday's 2 hr ride felt pretty good and I was able to do an hour trainer session today without feeling totally bruised from yesterday. My last saddle was the Specialized Ruby and I want to fling it off a bridge. :-) Good luck!
