Wednesday marks the day of a new adventure to Canada to sherpa for the Guru herself and get in a few days of training. I cannot wait and am SUPER excited to sign up for IM Canada next year. This years experience as I am told will solidfy this whole Ironman journey as it is considered "the One." I will post pictures and tell of tales through the week.
In other news, Ironman training has officially kicked off the last two weeks and I can say proudly tonight, I cannot move.
