Yay for fun group rides with no drama! Yay for good company and that friendly push to go just a little bit more than you would go by yourself. Today was a beautiful long ride to the north. Followed by a long walk with CRB and the hubs to the wharf and back. Very low tide, crisp air, bits of sun streaming. What more could you want? This has been the last of three HARD weeks of GO. Next week = rest. Little more time for kickin back.
