I know... Its been a long time. I have neglected my blog for almost three months. In that three month period a lot has happened. First I finished my training for Arizona, had a lovely taper and FABULOUS race in Arizona. I guess I had a pretty good year! I was happy the way racing went after May 1st :)
Then came the dreaded "time off" after training/racing all year. The plan called for three weeks off? WTF? I made it two weeks- very well I might add and have gradually begun my base 1 again. I also don't have curly long hair anymore. It is short and straight.
I also turned the magic age. I am not sure why but it has been in my head now for three years that the age I am now is my "year." I am very excited to see what 2011 brings. I can say for sure there are some changes. Stay tuned. They are pretty exciting!!!
